I don’t know if any of you have heard but Jewel Staite has signed on to attend the Dallas Comic Con/The Sci-Fi Expo–Star Wars Fan Days II October 25-26 in Plano, TX. My wife and I are thinking about attending.

After the fed[b]CON[/b]usa debacle, we hope that DCC/SFE will renew enthusiasm for sci-fi conventions in Texas–so that oil/gas prospecting and politics will again become the number one outlets in Texas for shady business dealings–as if we ever doubted.:P
