Ok, so I am seeing a distinct curse for anything remotely connected with FedconUSA. , The ovious first is the con itself. , Second, this board has not been doing so well and I don',t know why. , Hubby and I both posted lots in hopes of getting others to join in, but it seems it just wasn',t enough and this poor forum is floundering. , After seeing very few new posts, we even stopped visiting for awhile.
The last is very sad. , I had not stopped by Vadercast for awhile because Tim had posted he was taking an extended vacation. , So, I cruise on through and WHAT? , WHAT? No more Vadercast? , With both this board and Vadercast floundering how are we to ever know whether Tim Brazeal will pay us back>, , Who will keep the heat on? , Is this all just an overflow of the great cosmic curse that was FedconUSA? , Is it never to be mentioned again for fear of what will happen in the cosmos?
So come on people, it is too late to save Vadercast, but start posting here at this awesome site and mabe we can overcome the curse and have somewhere EVERYONE will come to to check in on Tim',s promises and whether that money ever comes back.

I need to take responsibility for this website not doing so well , – I haven',t had the time to put in the necessary work to properly get it off the ground – I still hope to some day, I have high hopes for the site and I stand behind my reason for creating it, unfortunately, I have to earn a living too and have several other non-paying projects going as well.
If you have any ideas about promoting the site (very limited budget so advertising really isn',t an option for now) then feel free to let me know.
I',m also still hoping to transfer the main site over to another system, Joomla stink bigtime so I need to find an alternative that will let me do all the things I want.
I choose joomla in the beginning because it had a good calendar add-on and as conventions and events are a main part of the purpose of the site I saw it as a good ",selling point", when choosing what system to use. , Unfortunately it',s been one issue after another and I',ve decided that using Joomla was definitely a mistake. , But changing it over takes time and I haven',t had the time to dedicate to the task yet.

Just to let you know (I',ll post this over in the ",Refunds", section too….) we heard from our Credit Card today that our dispute claim has been finalized and that we have permanently regained the money paid directly to FedConUSA. , Now, I don',t think this was a ",refund", from FedConUSA, but just our Credit Card settling our dispute in our favor. , Either way, we have our money back.

I think folks quit stopping by because we all felt like we were more or less beating our heads against a brick wall. I have filed a complaint with the State of Tennessee and thought I had posted the place to go on this forum somewhere. We do have contact information (that is until he decides to fade away again), the email for Tim is coexec@gmail.com and a phone number is 865-973-1073. I have not tried the phone number but did send a email this evening. I will let do a post if I should get a response.

Vadercast is gone?? Whoa! I'm glad I downloaded some of the interviews. I really appreciated what they did and hoped to see more from them. I'm currently changing websites myself, and will certainly mention Inquisition and link to you as well.

I've been googling and emailing anyone and everyone I could find even remotely connected with F*CUSA, including the official F*C Germany website, Marc b. Lee of F*C Germ., AND Aaron Douglas' agent trying to get any contact info for Tim Brazeal. Of course the ALL said, “I'm sorry we don't have any contact info for Tim Brazeal”.
which I find funny since they communicated with him SOMEHOW ??? must have been telepathic
I AM FULL PREPARED TO FILE SUIT AGAINST HIM AND FEDCONUSA IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT
But I need his address or the address of FedConUSA *whatever that is* Any help is much appreciated and for anyone who hasn't gotten their refund, email me: StageGoddess007@hotmail.com
We deserve to get our refunds!

Good luck with your efforts – I hope you get somewhere.
Unfortuantely, chances are that Brazeal has gone into hiding, there are no doubt plenty of peopel chasing him for money.
FedCon Germany ceased their association with FedCon USA well before the convention acutally took place so it's not surprising they can't/don't want to help you out…
I know that at least some people have successfully claimed refunds through their credit card company – did you try going down that road?
Here's the contact details from the FedCon USA website – have you tried these
FedConUSA PO BOX 155205 Lufkin Texas USA 75915
info@fedconusa.com
US Contact Number: 877-203-4175 European Contact Number: (+43) 650-561-1291
If you require special assistance during the convention, please contact assistance@fedconusa.com

Thank you so much! Yes, I filed claims with paypay and my creditcard, PayPay ruled in my favor but because there was no funds in FedCon's account they couldn't refund my money. My credit card was beyond the date to file a claim so I was outta luck
Anyway, wish me luck~ I am fully prepared to take it to Judge Judy!!
