FedCon USA Cancelled
The first FedCon USA event (not associated with FedCon in Germany) was cancelled shortly after it began. The entire situation is a mess and many fans are understandably angry and have many questions about how this was allowed to happen.
Leading up to the event there were guest cancellations and un-cancellations and all round general confusion but nobody expected that things would go quite the way they did. Fans showed up to the event Friday evening and started to suspect things were going badly and the by mid morning on Saturday, staff announced that the event was now cancelled, leaving the few guests that were able to show up (those who’d actually received their plane tickets) and attendees stranded.
